We are continuing our efforts to improve the way we do business together.
We are dedicated to providing best-in-class service and support to our partners and customers. In order to facilitate a fast and reliable installation process of our products onboard ships, we have developed a new installation & configuration service available on our Partner site.
The Installation Support & Configuration Service (Danelec FastTrack) is a further development of our well-accepted conversion kits, making the replacement of NON-Danelec VDRs as fast and reliable as if you were installing a Danelec VDR at the building of the ship. With a one-click approach, you are ensured easy and effective handling of the pre-configuration and installation processes. The service is to be used when planning or quoting for a new Danelec Marine VDR, ECDIS, or DanelecConnect installation.
Based on the information submitted (existing installation equipment/drawings/configuration files/pictures etc.), Danelec Marine will provide the scope of supply and configuration files to the Danelec certified service technicians to be used during the installation.

This new service helps our service technicians in the field to perform a successful installation with reduced time spent on the configuration and installation,” said Nikolaj Anders Weldingh, Support Manager at Danelec Marine.
The Danelec FastTrack is available to all registered users of the Danelec Partner site as of today and ensures a faster and more efficient quotation and installation process, reducing the overall cost related to the installation and configuration of any Danelec Marine products.
The service is available to all registered users of the Danelec Partner site.
