Customer System Design

The Technical Services department can assist with the process of system design and configuration in accordance with customer requirements. Should there be new or nonstandard functionality desired, Technical Services can determine a solution prior to contract signing.

Third Party product qualification

In order to meet the customer’s requirements and provide a totally integrated solution, the Technical Services Department will qualify third party products ensuring they meet the Daniels quality standards. System Integration

Daniels Electronics Ltd. offers full integration services for organizations wishing a complete, turnkey solution to radio system design. We can work with you to determine the desired solution including the required third party products.

Once the appropriate products are specified, we will assemble, configure and integrate these third party products with the Daniels systems including all required custom wiring and RF cabling.

Technical Services fully documents all custom configurations and provides the users and maintenance staff with a complete record of the system equipment and its custom interconnection.

Factory Acceptance Testing

Customers desiring a factory acceptance test of their equipment prior to delivery can arrange for this with the Sales or Technical Services department. Daniels will ensure all equipment is set-up on our factory floor and with advance, notice can arrange to conduct specific tests in the presence of customers. Customized Products

For some highly specialized applications, third party product integration will not be sufficient to meet the customer’s requirements. In these instances, Daniels will consider designing and building custom interfaces / products for the customer for a development fee. We are experts in creating a one-of solution to meet unique requirements.
